Urban Restoration is a company specializing in residential home building and remodels on the Greater Eastside of Washington. Reg Willing, the Owner of Urban Restoration and Principal of UR Remodel, has been in the residential and commercial building industry for over 20 years and has built award winning residential and one-of-a-kind custom homes. He has built the foundation of both companies on integrity, trust, superior craftsmanship and his personal accountability to his clients. In the past year he formed a partnership and launched UR Remodel to serve the high demand for custom remodels. Whether you are building a new home, doing a total home remodel or a small project, we have an experienced team that will walk you through the building or remodel process and leave you with the results you expect.
Reg has spent years building strong relationships with local contractors, and takes pride in his ability to understand and interpret his clients' needs. During the new construction or remodel process, our team will work with you to ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. This includes everything from your budget, home plans, selections, and choosing additional team members like designers and architects.
